All repairs will be quoted within 5 business days of receiving the item at LaserLinc. Quotes will be e-mailed to the address submitted with the RMA request. Repaired units will be returned within 10 business days of receiving a purchase order for the repair.

Carefully package the equipment (in our original packaging if possible) and ship by trackable method with insurance for full value of the equipment. LaserLinc is not responsible for loss or damage resulting from shipment of equipment.

Please be sure your company name, contact name, and the supplied RMA number are clearly visible on the outside of the package or on the shipping label.
