The TLAser260 micrometer can continuously measure product diameters between .016 and 2 inches and product position in two planes at right angles to each other. A maximum gauging rate of up to 8,000 measurements per second (4,000 per second per axis) enables the TLAser260 to precisely check diameter and ovality while also detecting lumps and neck-downs to assure the most thorough quality inspection possible.
Incorporating a mirror-based design, the rugged TLAser260 features a heavy aluminum body with steel covers sealed for lasting performance in harsh industrial environments. An optional air purge mounts easily to the gauge.
The TLAser260, like all LaserLinc micrometers, is designed to serve only one purposemeasure the product's dimensions and route them to a PC. The TLAser230 micrometer operates with the popular TLAser400 interface card and related software to control product quality more economically and effectively by capitalizing on the enormous processing power and flexibility of today's PCs.

Two TLAser260 units mounted at a 45-degree offset to provide 4-axis measurement data.
