Versatility is an important feature of the LaserLinc single-axis TLAser122™ micrometer. This model employs an advanced prism-based scanning technology. It is designed to be extremely repeatable, accurate, compact, and affordable.

The TLAser122 is a great choice for multi-strand measurement of products such as enameled wire and fiber ribbon. The multi-strand option in Total Vu™ software offers 100% inspection of a virtually unlimited number of strands, using one or more micrometers. You can measure multiple strands simultaneously (as many as you want) to assure precise and complete inspection on optical fiber, magnet wire, or monofilament production lines.

The TLAser122 is also an excellent bench-top inspection system—visit our BenchLinc page for systems that combine the TLAser122 with an auto rotating zero chuck and specialized LaserLinc software.

The TLAser122 provides a PC-based means for achieving greater processing power, data storage, and network flexibility. You can process data at the full measurement rate of all the micrometers connected to your system—up to four TLAser400 cards per computer, for a total of 16 micrometers.

Add the ProfileVu oscillating micrometer fixture for optimal inspection of your products.
